Craig Farlie
Founder and Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co and Bayshore Partners, LLC.

Craig Farlie is a founder and Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. and Bayshore Partners, LLC. Prior to the formation of Farlie Turner, Mr. Farlie founded and worked within numerous prestigious organizations including Kiaora Consulting Co., which provided business and strategic advice to a range of corporate clients.

He brings his many years of experience in founding, leading and driving business success, as well as, his expansive knowledge of various industries to the Executives for Florida Growth team. Mr. Farlie received an A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

 

Gregory T. Rusk
Audit Partner and Director of Grant Thorton’s South Florida International Business Center

Mr. Rusk has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, serving a variety of clients with special emphasis on international clients. Gregg has lived in South Florida since 1998 and has a passion for helping Florida companies conduct business better.

He has worked with clients of all sizes ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500, and both private and public companies. His experience includes assisting clients with capital raisings such as IPO’s, secondary offerings and private offerings as well as acquisition due diligence. Greg earned his Master’s Degree from Northern Illinois University.

   

John D. Gullman
Senior Vice President of PNC Bank

John Gullman is Senior Vice President of the Corporate and Institutional Banking Group for PNC Financial Services Company (PNC). John focuses on helping companies obtain credit and other financial services necessary for them grow, either organically or through acquisition, to greatly increase the enterprise value of their businesses. Prior to joining PNC, John held a similar position at Fifth Third Bank for 6 years. John brings over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, representing several large institutions. He also held the position as partner at GSR Partners, a regional investment banking firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, FL.

Aside from his extensive work experience, John has also been active in several professional organizations including the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) where he served as the President of the South Florida chapter (1993-1996) and of the international organization (2002). John also founded the Secured Lenders Association and remained its Executive Director until 2009, when it merged with the Commercial Finance Association. John is active with several community based organizations including the Marine Corps League, the Florida Scholastic Hockey League, where he serves on the advisory board, and the Booster Club of St. Thomas Aquinas H.S. in Fort Lauderdale.

Raul Vega
Auxis Inc President & Chief Executive Officer

Raul Vega is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Auxis, Inc. Prior to founding Auxis, he worked at Price Waterhouse and PepsiCo International. Auxis’ core competency is in helping organizations develop the strategies and business infrastructure to support long term growth.

Raul brings a broad range of experience in working with top executives across multiple industries to analyze complex business issues, develop innovative business strategies and implement large change initiatives. Mr. Vega is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Accounting.

Bob White
Equity Shareholder, Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A.

Bob White is a member of the Firm’s Technology and Entrepreneurial Companies Practice Group, its Corporate Practice Group, its Securities Practice Group (where he heads up the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee) and its Technology Committee. Bob brings his experience in corporate strategic counseling, technology law, venture capital and private equity law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance law, corporate governance and general business and financial law matters.

Bob has a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from the University of Miami, where he was a member of The University of Miami Law Review. He is a member of the Florida Bar and has been named as one of “The Best Lawyers in America” in the technology law category. He has been listed as one of Florida Trend magazine’s “Legal Elite”, has written numerous articles and is a regular speaker on a variety of technology and corporate finance topics. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and a member of the Alliance’s Entrepreneur Council.
